Hunter Classics Tour Year 2005 in Review!

Another successful year for the Hunter Classics tour is complete!  Over $30,000 in cash and prizes were awarded to the Hunter Classics Tour members and we celebrated Twevle Years!!!

145 ladies from around the world competed in the Hunter Classics Tour in the year 2005.  The average attendance was 43 ladies per stop.

Tour Champion - Leslie Anne Rogers
Tour Champion runner up - Heather Pulford
 
Most Improved - Heather Pulford
Perfect Attendance, $100 drawing winner - Jillian Valles

Year in Summary:
1st stop:
53 ladies competed at Fast Eddie's in Round Rock, TX in February.  Leslie Anne Rogers from the Dallas area won the tournament and the WPBA Qualifier.  Heather Pulford from Austin came in second.

Jillian Valles (new to the tour) won the Second Chance Tournament.

2nd stop:
22 ladies competed at Corner Pocket in Albuquerque, NM in March.  Local young gun Anna Kostanian  won the tournemant and the WPBA Qualifier.  Leslie Anne Rogers came in second.

Tara McCracken won the Second Chance Tournament.

3rd stop: 
36 ladies competed at Shooter II in Lake Jackson, TX in April.  This was the second time Shooters II hosted the event and the ladies loved the new room and the room loved the ladies!  Leslie Anne Rogers won the tournament and WPBA Qualifier. Helen Hayes came in second - her highest finish yet!    

Rachel Hurst won the Second Chance Tournament.

4th Stop
59 women played at Pugsley's in Dallas, Texas in June!  Amanda Lampert won her first Hunter event and the WPBA Qualifier by double dipping Heather Pulford in the finals. 

Marissa Hallett from Albuequerque won the Second Chance Tournament.

5th stop: 
26 ladies competed at Paradise Billiards in Denver, Colorado in July. Orietta Strickland won the tournament and the WPBA Qualifier by double ddipping Heather Pulford in the finals.  

Roberta Maestas won the Second Chance Tournament.

6th stop:
57 women came to compete at Legend's Billiards in League City on August 9-10.  Leslie Anne Rogers won the tournament and the Qualifier.  Tara McCracken same in second.

Michelle Cortez won the Second Chance Tournament. 

7th stop: 
44 women came to compete in Alvin, TX at Big Daddy's. Anna Kostanian  won the tournemant and the WPBA Qualifier.  Amanda Lampert came in second.

Monica Anderson won her first Second Chance Tournament!

The year 2005 saw many veteran Hunter Classics players along with numerous new faces.  The goal of the Hunter Classics Tour is to provide a friendly, respectful, and competitive environment for ALL levels of women to compete.  We are dedicted to helping the women reach their dreams. 

A great deal of the Hunter Classics Tour success is due to the all the supportive players that love pool and come to the events to challenge themselves.  The Hunter Classics Tour is the largest, highest paying, longest running regional women's tour in the United States!
